Great to meet you!

Whether you're a new parent struggling to feel like yourself, managing anxiety that won't quit, or wondering why the postpartum period feels nothing like you expected — you're not alone. I specialize in supporting young adults, parents, and people during pregnancy and the postpartum period. With 14 years of experience in mental health — including a decade as a school social worker and nearly four years in private practice — I've worked with people through postpartum depression and anxiety, ADHD, relationship strain, infertility, and the life transitions that catch us off guard.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm and collaborative. I'll meet you wherever you are, whether you're ready to dive in or still figuring out what you want to say. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and strengths-based strategies — so sessions are both reflective and practical. Perinatal mental health is a particular focus: if you're navigating pregnancy, the postpartum period, or fertility-related challenges, I bring specific training and genuine investment to that space.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting acquainted and making sure this feels like the right fit. I'll ask about what's brought you in, what you've tried, and what you're hoping for — but there's no pressure to have it all figured out. We'll find a starting point together, at your pace.
