Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly four years of experience in private practice and ten years of prior experience working with children and adolescents in the school setting as a school social worker. I enjoy working with young adults, pregnant and postpartum mothers, and parents of young children.

I have experience supporting individuals navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, family and relationship challenges, work-related stress, and other life transitions and stressors. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping clients build insight, coping skills, and confidence in managing life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I strive to meet clients where they are, whether they are ready to dive into therapy or feeling nervous or uncertain about the process. I use a strengths-based and solution-focused approach while incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

A special focus of my practice is perinatal mental health, including supporting individuals during pregnancy and the postpartum period through anxiety, depression, adjustment to parenthood, and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be spent getting to know each other and making sure you feel comfortable and empowered to share and grow.
