Julie Jacob APN is a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 8 years of experience caring for patients in various clinical settings including outpatient psychiatry, inpatient psychiatry, telepsychiatry, and primary care. Julie earned her Family Nurse Practitioner program from Chamberlain College, IL, and her post-master’s certification as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner from Liberty University, VA.

Julie approaches health from a holistic perspective. Julie believes that the most important aspect of care is listening to the patient’s unique story. Julie’s goal is to create an environment built on safety and trust. Julie loves helping others feel better to reach their full potential.

Together, we develop a personalized goal for better mental well-being, focusing on symptom management, coping skills, and improving quality of life. I offer a range of skills that will diagnose conditions and determine if medication therapy is necessary.
