Great to meet you!

Before earning my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Loyola University Chicago and becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I spent years navigating the fast-paced corporate world and grew up in household with a family-owned business. I personally understand high-stakes environments, relentless workloads, system dynamics, and the subtle art of overfunctioning just to keep everything afloat.

In addition to my clinical private practice, I continue to serve as a school social worker across diverse socioeconomic communities. This dual role gives me a grounded, insider perspective on how environment, systems, and early life experiences shape our adult patterns.

My approach to therapy

I frequently work with high-achievers, late-diagnosed ADHDers, and high-anxiety "overfunctioners". These are people who are great at holding everything together for everyone else while internally feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or stuck in perpetual hyper-vigilance. We work on things like unlearning boundary-crossing habits, managing neurodivergence (if present), and building a life that actually feels manageable & enjoyable.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is always going to be low-pressure. High-achievers and overfunctioners often feel like they need to come prepared with a polished presentation of their problems...you don't. You can just show up as you are.

By the end of our first call, you’ll have a clear, realistic idea of what working together looks like and a flexible roadmap tailored to how your brain works.

I'm a believer that therapy only works if you feel comfortable and like your therapist. We’ll use this time to see if my conversational, practical style feels like a good match for you.
