Great to meet you!

I have been a therapist for 30 years, and I love it. I love talking with people, getting to know people & helping them uncover their strengths, to help define a path forward. I have been lucky enough to work with so many different people, from different back grounds, in multiple settings. I am here to hold space for you, to provide a safe, non-judgmental person in your life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am an experienced clinician, and a genuine person. I will listen without judgement, provide practical feedback & observations, and always be a steady presence to help focus on what you want to focus on. I am a pragmatic person & I like to set goals, look at impediments & assets, to get you where you want to go. People need a witness to their pain & fear, and I am able to be that without judgement. Very often an outside perspective can see things in a whole new light.

What you can expect from our first session

I will not "fix" anything for you, but rather walk beside you as you discover your strengths & solutions. My clients tell me they feel lighter when they leave a session, with a focus on what to work on.
