Great to meet you!

Hello. I am an action oriented person who believes that change is possible and we can create the lives we want. However, it takes time so patience is required, as is honesty, and being open to trying new things. Everyone has their own mountain to climb and I’d be honored to be your guide and coach but you must do the leg work. My goal is to be your guide to unlock your true potential. My 27 years of clinical experience span clients of all ages and from all walks of life. We can work together to gain clarity on the things you want to focus on during your treatment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is deeply rooted in empathy, collaboration and evidence-based techniques tailored to people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, or relationship issues. I use strategies to help you get unstuck from patterns that do not allow you to function optimally.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions together will be about building connections and understanding what has led you to take the step to begin therapy. I want to help you feel comfortable talking about deep personal issues and knowing that I am able to listen without judgment. Ultimately we will work to create skills to live your healthiest and most productive life.
