Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a licensed psychologist in NY & NJ. I specialize in exploring sexuality, gender identity, and relationships with queer and nonmonogamous folks. I also work with individuals presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive tendencies.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and sex-positive. I integrate psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness based approaches to help clients gain insight on their past experiences, clarify their needs, and meet personal goals.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for you to connect with your authentic self and focus on your needs. I recognize that many of the issues we face are the result of disconnecting from parts of ourselves in response to negative experiences and oppressive systems. I believe that a positive therapeutic relationship can be empowering and transformative.
