Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has had the privilege to support others and have had significant experience working with diverse issues and populations in a broad range of settings including emergency psychiatric, outpatient mental health, hospice, addictions and sexual assault support services.

My approach to therapy

It takes a great deal of courage to ask for and accept help. I applaud you in taking this step. It is a true privilege for me to try to support others, be given their trust and their confidence. My approach is to use integrative and evidence-based practices within a warm, safe and non-judgmental relationship which the two of us create I respect that you are the expert on YOU and work to support you in developing your strengths, your own resilience, and adding new tools for living your best life.

During our first session you can expect to have the opportunity to begin to share the issues and concerns which bring you to therapy and to be heard and supported. My goal is to nurture hope and for you to know that you are not alone.
