Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or haunted by the bad things that have happened? As a therapist specializing in Trauma, Anxiety/Phobias, Foster/Adopt & LGBTQIA+ issues, I'm here to guide you towards healing & empowerment. With over 20 years of clinical experience and a range of therapeutic modalities and integrated strategies under my belt, I'll help you break from the patterns and experiences keeping you stuck. Let's work together to achieve lasting results and embrace the life you deserve.

My approach to therapy

You can expect a thoughtfully tailored approach based on a variety of evidence-based modalities. Your treatment will be as unique as your needs.

I use a combination of the following: CBT, DBT, EMDR, Trauma-informed therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Graduated Exposure Therapy for phobias, & ACT.

I work from an anti-oppression model & maintain an awareness of how systemic issues impact you as an individual.

What you can expect from me

We'll begin with introductions & delve into your hopes & challenges. Together, we'll create treatment goals, explore approaches & techniques, & discuss the expected duration of therapy. I’m a firm believer that therapy should be flexible enough to meet you wherever you are. This might mean processing, skill-building, or a combination, but it always means healing. I work hard to ensure each session brings you closer to your goals & offers something tangible to help you move smoothly through life.
