Julie Middleton is an ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the psychiatric field. Her experience includes psychiatric inpatient, outpatient and emergency (CPEP) settings. Ms. Middleton obtained her Associate’s of Applied Science in Nursing in 2004 from St. Joseph’s College of Nursing in Syracuse. She went on to obtain her Master’s of Science in Nursing from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse in 2013.

My approach to therapy

I provide a holistic, individualized approach centering on medication management of several mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and ADHD in addition to others. I work collaboratively with therapy providers and other disciplines to ensure support for each patient.
