Great to meet you!

Maybe you've been snapping at people you love, lying awake replaying everything in your head, or pretending you're okay after a loss when you're anything but. Anxiety, depression, grief, and anger can leave you feeling like you've lost control of yourself or disconnected from the person you used to be. You may know something needs to change but have no idea where to start, especially when you've been carrying it alone for so long. I help people understand what's underneath those feelings and find healthier ways to cope, communicate, and move forward. You deserve a space where you can be honest about what you're going through without feeling judged or expected to have it all figured out

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me isn't just about talking about what's wrong; it's about figuring out what can actually make life feel different. We'll look at the thoughts, habits, and reactions that may be keeping you stuck and work on practical ways to handle difficult emotions before they take over. That might mean learning how to slow down before anger turns into an argument, quiet the anxious thoughts that keep you up at night, or start moving forward when depression makes even simple things feel exhausting. I'll help you make room for feelings you can't simply switch off while building healthier responses to the things you can change.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to walk in knowing exactly what to say or where to begin. We'll talk about what's been happening in your life, what feels hardest right now, and what you wish could be different. Whether you're grieving a loss, struggling to control your anger, feeling constantly on edge, or simply tired of waking up feeling down, we'll start wherever you are. There's no pressure to share everything at once or have all the answers. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we can move forward together.
