Great to meet you!

Have you ever felt like your mind is ready to move forward, but your body is still stuck holding onto the stress of the past?

I’m a Somatic Therapist who believes that true, lasting healing happens when we invite the whole self into the room—not just the parts that like to talk. My work is a creative blend of traditional CBT and deep, body-based interventions, allowing us to tune into the wisdom your nervous system holds. Together, we’ll build a safe, affirming relational container where we can gently integrate the "shadow" parts of your experience that have been left behind. It’s an open-minded journey of rediscovery, designed to help you feel more grounded, whole, and vibrantly alive in your own skin.

My approach to therapy

Think of the therapeutic alliance as the ultimate co-pilot relationship; since it’s the best predictor of success, I make building a rock-solid connection with you my absolute top priority.

Beyond just talking, I’m obsessed with decoding the "secret language" of your nervous system. Instead of just asking how you feel, we’ll dive into the mechanics of why your body sometimes flips the panic switch or goes into total shutdown mode. My creative approach is all about teaching you how to become the lead conductor of your own internal orchestra, moving you from "constantly frazzled" to "expertly regulated." We’ll work together to map out your unique biological responses, ensuring you leave each session with a toolkit that actually works when the world gets loud.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting is a dedicated, sacred space where we begin the holistic journey of uncovering the unique story you carry. I focus on creating an open-minded environment where we can gather the threads of your background and collaboratively weave them into an empowering set of goals that reflect your truest self. Rather than just a checklist of history, I see this as the moment we start building our partnership, and if time allows, I love to introduce a practical relaxation tool so you can leave our first session feeling more grounded and connected to your body than when you arrived. If you are ready to explore a whole-person approach to your wellbeing, click my booking link to schedule your initial session and let’s begin this transformation together.
