Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! The steps to reach out for help is sometimes challenging, so to start off... I'm proud of you that you're here!

My approach to therapy

The process of healing and self discovery teaches us ways to embrace ourselves whole heartedly. Sometimes that journey challenges us to face big emotions that are difficult to navigate. Before all else, we are human beings who face struggles that are sometimes too much to bare on our own. Within a safe and non-judgmental environment, I'm here to offer you a comfortable space and listening ear to work together in working through those struggles.

What you can expect from me

I believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all, each person is unique in their struggles and needs. I take pride in being a therapist and aim to make every client's experience meaningful. I do my very best to honor and meet you where you are at in your healing journey and create a safe space to help navigate through life's trials and tribulations.
