Great to meet you!

Welcome! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I partner with adolescents and adults to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Change happens when you have the right tools and a partner who knows how to help you use them. I look forward to meeting with you to see if we're a good match and to work together to achieve your goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is unique because it draws from a wide range of clinical experiences, allowing us to pivot based on what you need most. I utilize DBT to provide you with concrete, day-to-day coping strategies, and EMDR to help process and heal from traumatic memories that may be holding you back.

What you can expect from me

Our first few sessions are all about collaboration. We’ll spend time getting to know one another and defining exactly what success looks like for you. I am deeply passionate about this work because I believe in the power of partnership—together, we can create the lasting change you’re seeking.
