Great to meet you!

Taking the first step is the hardest part—but you do not have to walk it alone.

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 27 years of experience helping adults, children, and families transform their lives. Together, we will clear the path toward your mental health goals, breaking down big obstacles into manageable steps. Your courage brought you here, and my expertise is here to support you the rest of the way. Let’s build the future you deserve.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, engaging, and focused on real-world results. I ensure that therapy is dynamic and tailored to you—whether that means engaging in creative play to help younger children express themselves, or helping adults develop practical, everyday coping skills. You will always leave our sessions with concrete strategies you can actually use, rather than just talking about your problems.

What you can expect from me

The moment you step into our session, I want you to feel like you have entered a warm, welcoming environment where you are never judged. Our first visit is a safe place for you to learn, grow, and catch your breath. We will start with a casual opportunity for you to share your story and process exactly what brought you to therapy. From there, we will collaborate to map out your personal goals together. You will leave this very first hour feeling deeply heard, with a clear, comfortable plan for our journey forward.
