Great to meet you!

With over a decade of professional work experience in a variety of settings, I bring a well rounded approach to mental health care. I enjoy working with young adults (but welcome anyone age 18+) to navigate life transitions, relationships, anxiety and mood disorders.

My approach to therapy

I see clients as individuals beyond their mental health symptoms. I prioritize building trust and rapport by practicing empathy and nonjudgement.

What you can expect from me

Our first appointment is a clinical assessment where I will gather a brief history, learn about your presenting concerns, and then discuss next steps with treatment recommendations. I will email you in advance with brief questionnaires to support the intake process. If at any point we determine that I am not the best fit, I am happy to provide you with trusted referral options.
