Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 10 years of nursing experience and a strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from MidAmerica Nazarene University and my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri–Columbia.

I have experience treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, sleep disorders, PTSD, and mood disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach focuses on partnering with patients to create individualized treatment plans that combine thoughtful medication management with behavioral strategies and lifestyle modifications to support long-term well-being and meaningful outcomes.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel heard and respected. We will take time to discuss your concerns, mental health history, current symptoms, and goals for treatment. I focus on understanding the whole person, not just symptoms, so we will also explore lifestyle factors, stressors, and strengths.

Together, we will develop an initial treatment plan tailored to your needs, which may include medication management, behavioral strategies, and lifestyle modifications. My goal is to create a collaborative partnership and provide clear guidance so you leave your first session feeling informed, supported, and confident about the next steps in your care.
