My name is Julie and I'm.a Licensed Professional Counseling seeing young adults struggling through transitions. Whether that be romantic relationship changes (searching for a partner, deciding to take the next steps vs breakup, premarital, or navigating marriage), or possibly you're searching for meaning and direction in your life as you navigate social, professional, familial, transitions. I have a Certificate in Biblical Counseling where we can use the power of God's Truth to provide meaning and direction amidst your struggles. Maybe you've been battling anxiety, depression, guilt, trauma, grief for a long time and it's finally reached a breaking point. My style is warm, friendly, and down-to-earth. I usually always have a cup of coffee or hot tea, so you can join me for an engaging and genuine conversation about what you'd like your life to look like.

I utilize EMDR and DBT strategies to address unhelpful patterns of behaviors or emotions that are running your life. If you choose to incorporate faith into your healing journey, I have a Certificate in Biblical Counseling and am equipped to help you align your mental and emotional health as we work towards your goals.

We will understand together the factors that brought you to therapy and your goals to live the life you've always imagined. A complete evaluation and recommendations for type and length of treatment will be provided following your evaluation. Most importantly, you will feel heard, seen, and understood as I very much value being part of one's journey towards healing.
