Great to meet you!

I’m a clinical social worker who is passionate about helping children feel more confident, capable, and understood. With over 20 years of experience supporting children and families, primarily in school settings, I specialize in working with children with Autism, ADHD, anxiety, mood-related challenges, and learning differences.

My approach to therapy

Many of the children I work with are bright and motivated, yet may struggle with anxiety, emotional regulation, attention, or social challenges that impact their daily lives. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where children feel comfortable being themselves while building the skills they need to manage big emotions and respond to challenges with greater confidence.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory sessions where we will set goals for our work together. I believe that supporting a child means supporting the whole family. I partner closely with parents to strengthen communication, build resilience, and create a plan for meaningful, lasting change for the child and familly.
