Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Washington and nearly 20 years of experience supporting people across a variety of roles and settings. My clinical experience includes trauma, crisis, loss, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also have particular expertise in fire-based first responder culture, including the complex trauma and cumulative stress associated with the field. I work with individuals using a trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based approach tailored to each person’s experiences and goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is about creating a safe, supportive space to understand what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with yourself, and discover what is possible from here. You are the expert on your own life, and I see my role as coming alongside you to help you understand yourself, identify what you need, and support movement toward the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

We will work together to explore your needs and set achievable goals with a focus on restoration; body, mind, and spirit.
