Great to meet you!

I enjoy walking alongside clients in their own, personal journey. It's important for each client to feel heard in order to motivate progress toward the goals. I will listen and encourage along the way.

My approach to therapy

From the first session, I want you to feel heard and encouraged. The story of what brought you to this moment is important to the work we will do- together. I want to make sure that you have all the time you need to cover this aspect completely. Next, it's important to set goals to get a roadmap to continue working on what's important to you. I look forward to hearing your story, setting your goals, and working on what's most important to you!

What you can expect from me

It's important to feel comfortable in the counseling room because change is hard work! Throughout the entire process, I want you to feel heard, valued, and encouraged in the steps you take for growth.
