Great to meet you!

Hi there! I appreciate you taking the time to learn a bit more about me. My priority is to help you heal from the pain that trauma has left behind. If you’ve experienced harm from those around you who were supposed to care for you, whether that was a caregiver, intimate partner, or the systems and structures around us, you’ve likely been carrying the weight of those experiences for too long. It’s normal to feel stuck or unsure about where to turn, but you don’t have to carry this burden alone.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that everyone has the capacity of healing and growth. My approach is grounded in compassion and building a relationship where you trust me to walk alongside of you. Together, we’ll work to understand the impact of trauma on your emotions, your relationships, and your sense of self. Many of the clients I work with come to me feeling overwhelmed by intense emotions, struggling with managing relationships, or dealing with trauma symptoms like flashbacks, anxiety, or emotional numbness.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment where your voice is heard and valued. With a strong foundation in person-centered and trauma informed approaches, I adapt my therapeutic methods to meet the unique needs of each client. Together, we will work collaboratively to develop your therapeutic goals, identify strengths, and cultivate healing.
