Great to meet you!

With over 15 years in clinical social work, I have extensive experience working with many different age groups with diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, couples/family issues, ADHD and maternal mental health issues.

My approach to therapy

Using an array of treatment modalities, we will work together to identify treatment goals and tackle the issues in your life that create limitations and a compromised quality of life. Finding your inner strength, resourcefulness and resilience is essential in my therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

My top priority is creating a space that feels warm and safe allowing you to feel comfortable and ready to share your story.

If a client walks away from a session with me feeling more empowered, armed with new insight, coping skills and strategies that will help them navigate their lives with an improved sense of confidence and self-worth, I have done my job.
