Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist who works with adults, couples, and teens navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have a background in evidence-based therapies and specialize in helping clients break out of patterns that leave them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.

My work often focuses on anxiety, overthinking, relationship conflict, emotional regulation, and communication. I also support clients who are high-functioning on the outside but feel stressed, exhausted, or unfulfilled internally.

Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m both direct and compassionate. I won’t just sit back and nod-I’m engaged, honest, and focused on helping you create real change, not just temporary relief.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, structured, and goal-oriented. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with other evidence-based strategies to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected.

We’ll work together to identify patterns that aren’t serving you and replace them with more effective ways of thinking and responding. I also focus heavily on practical tools you can use in your daily life-so therapy doesn’t just stay in the session, it actually translates into real-world change.

Whether we’re working on anxiety or relationship issues, my goal is to help you feel more in control, more confident, and better equipped to handle what life throws at you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and make sure it feels like a good fit.

We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been struggling with, and what you’d like to change. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background and patterns.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have more clarity about what’s going on, a sense of direction for our work together, and often a few initial tools or insights you can start using right away.

Most importantly, you’ll leave knowing you don’t have to figure this out alone anymore.
