Great to meet you!

When relationship challenges, emotional struggles, or family stress begin affecting your daily life, it can feel difficult to know how to move forward. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family concerns, and bipolar disorder. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected from their partners, overwhelmed by difficult emotions, or stuck in patterns that continue to create conflict and stress. Whether you're struggling with communication, navigating changes within your family, coping with mood related challenges, or trying to strengthen important relationships, therapy can provide a supportive space for healing and growth. My goal is to help you build deeper connections, increase emotional awareness, and create a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with what matters most to you.

My approach to therapy

I believe many emotional struggles are shaped by the ways we connect with ourselves and with the people around us. My approach is warm, collaborative, and relationship focused, creating a space where clients feel supported while developing practical tools for meaningful change. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Based Family Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution Focused Couples Therapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Problem Solving Therapy (PST), and Behavior Modification techniques to support lasting growth. Together, we may explore anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, relationship concerns, family issues, ADHD, panic symptoms, grief, trauma, PTSD, women's issues, infertility, stress management, and emotional wellbeing. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you strengthen communication, improve relationships, and develop healthier patterns that support long term emotional balance.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, collaborative, and supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where individuals, couples, and families can safely explore difficult experiences while building greater insight and emotional awareness. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, stronger relationships, increased confidence, and a deeper understanding of yourself and others. Whether you're navigating relationship difficulties, managing anxiety, coping with depression, or working through family challenges, my goal is to help you create a more connected, balanced, and fulfilling life.
