Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating stress, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, grounded space where you can show up as you are—without judgment. My role is to support you in making sense of what you’re going through, while helping you move toward a version of your life that feels more steady, connected, and meaningful.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying things from the past that still feel present today, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to work through it on your own.

My approach to therapy

My approach is active, compassionate, and collaborative. I don’t just sit back and listen—I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer honest reflections, and help you notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

I draw from evidence-based approaches like EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, and trauma-informed therapies that support healing from past experiences in a safe and manageable way.

Above all, I tailor therapy to you. Together, we’ll create a pace and approach that feels supportive, practical, and aligned with your goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and start building a sense of comfort and trust. We’ll talk through what’s been bringing you in, what’s been feeling difficult lately, and what you’re hoping might feel different moving forward.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. You can share at your own pace.

By the end of the session, you can expect to feel heard, have a clearer understanding of next steps, and begin shaping a plan for how we’ll work together in a way that feels manageable and supportive.

I see clients with the following insurance: Carelon Behavioral Health, Ascension SmartHealth, Cigna, Aetna, Quest Behavioral Health, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Anthem Expanded, and Ambetter.
