Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Dance/Movement Therapist supporting young adults in 20s/30s and women navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and burnout. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, integrating CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. I also incorporate dance/movement therapy to support deeper mind-body awareness, always at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I specialize in helping clients during periods of change as they build insight, resilience, and a stronger connection to themselves. My goal is to offer a grounded, supportive space where you can feel understood and move toward what feels most aligned in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I integrate cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based techniques with dance/movement therapy to support both emotional insight and embodied awareness. I focus on helping clients understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and bodies, especially during periods of anxiety, transition, and relational stress. I aim to create a grounded, nonjudgmental space where clients can build self-understanding, resilience, and a deeper connection to themselves.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, collaborative space where we begin getting to know each other and what brings them in. I’ll ask questions about current concerns, history, and goals so we can start to understand what feels most important to focus on. We’ll also talk about what therapy with me looks like and begin shaping an approach that feels supportive and aligned for you. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—my role is to help you slow things down and make sense of what you’re experiencing. By the end of the session, we’ll have a sense of direction and next steps for our work together.
