Great to meet you!

I'm a trauma-informed therapist who helps teens, adults, and families navigate the lasting impact of trauma, grief, anxiety, and life’s many transitions. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and holistic—blending talk therapy with body-based practices to support deep, lasting healing. I believe in meeting clients where they are, honoring their full story, and walking alongside them toward greater peace, clarity, and connection. Together, we create space for healing that feels safe, empowering, and real.

My approach to therapy

I use a trauma-informed approach that combines EMDR, somatic therapy, and relational talk therapy to support healing on both a mind and body level. In our work together, we gently process painful experiences, calm the nervous system, and build practical tools for daily life. My goal is to create a safe, grounded space where you can reconnect with yourself and move toward lasting change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave each session feeling seen, supported, and more connected to yourself. Whether we’re processing past experiences, calming present-day symptoms, or building tools for what’s ahead, sessions are grounded in compassion, curiosity, and care. You may not always walk away with all the answers—but you’ll leave with more clarity, a sense of relief, and small steps toward healing that feel manageable and real. Over time, sessions become a place where growth feels possible and hope begins to return.
