About Me

Being a first time parent is full of joy and expectation, however it can also be full of anxiety and overwhelming feelings. Unexpected NICU stays, traumatic birth, abortion, and miscarriages can leave deep emotional scars and anxiety about the future. How to address discipline, teenage transitions, empty nesting, and stress on parent-child relationship to name a few challenges. Whether it is your first child or fifth child all parents want to be the best possible parent(s) for their children. I am here to support you throughout the life span of your parenting journey, from pre-natal, post-partum, and the many years in-between to adulthood. I have over 10 years of experience working with parents and supporting their attachment and attunement with their children. I am trained in reflective practice, motivational interviewing, and maternal/infant mental health. I am also trained to help parents identify how their own traumatic childhood experiences are influencing their parenting. There is support for you in your parental journey and in my private practice we will work together to address your mood, build support, address trauma, identify your strengths, and develop skills to help you bring about lasting change as a parent, a partner and a person. I hope you will contact me to discuss your needs and how I can support you.
