Great to meet you!

With over 25 years of experience serving children, individuals, and families, I am a licensed professional in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. My areas of specialization include supporting children and youth within the foster care system, offering adoption consultation and support, and trauma processing. My education from the University of Montana and Portland State University, combined with hands-on experience, has enabled me to provide compassionate, effective support for vulnerable populations.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Sessions focus on finding areas of discomfort, releasing them & building new brain pathways for improved mental well-being. We will examine thoughts and feelings, while building coping skills aimed at improving both inner well-being & outside relationships. Most clients report noticing improved functioning within months.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to gain insights into their inner world and relationships, understanding neurobiological functions and how the brain adapts for safety. Together, we’ll identify the origins of behaviors and create pathways to meaningful change.
