Great to meet you!

You may look like you’re holding it together, while inside your mind rarely feels quiet. Maybe you overthink, replay conversations, look for reassurance, or feel stuck in cycles of worry, indecision, self-doubt, or “what if” thoughts. I’m glad you’re here. Together, we can help you understand these patterns, build confidence, and move forward with greater clarity.

My approach to therapy

I’m Julie, a licensed clinical social worker serving clients across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I help people navigate anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma/PTSD, relationship stress, and life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches such as ACT, CBT, and ERP to help clients build insight, gain skills, and find more balance.

What you can expect from me

Before founding Cope Well Therapy, I worked as an outpatient therapist at the Philadelphia Center for Psychotherapy. In 2022, I received an Excellence in Social Work Practice Award from the University of Pittsburgh. In our work together, you can expect me to be engaged, thoughtful, and reliable. On a personal note, I have two rescue cats and love film, music, and the arts. Feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.
