Great to meet you!

With 20 years of experience, a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, and a Master's Degree in Counseling, I bring both deep clinical training and genuine warmth to every session. I'm trained in EMDR, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, DBT, and Sand Tray Therapy, and I'm a Trust-Based Relational Practitioner. While I love working with clients of all ages, most of my experience is with children and families, particularly those navigating significant trauma.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing begins in an authentic space — one where clients feel safe enough to be truly seen, and supported enough to do the hard work of growth. My approach is caring but honest: I won't shy away from naming what needs to be named, because I believe real trust is built through authenticity, not just comfort.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I focus on building a genuine relationship with you while also beginning the assessment process. We'll start setting expectations for the end of therapy from day one, because I believe knowing where you're headed helps guide the work. Every session is a collaborative process, designed to move you closer to your own personal goals.
