Great to meet you!

Julie is a caring and compassionate mental health therapist whose passion is to help her clients overcome challenges and experience healing so that growth and connection are possible.

My approach to therapy

Julie specializes in treating teens through adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and grief. Julie has expertise in helping families navigate divorce and co-parenting issues, in addition to attachment-related challenges that are common with adoption and foster care. Julie’s work is grounded in evidence-based therapy while providing warmth and empathy. Julie’s integrated approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment-based work, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness practices aimed at helping her clients better understand their patterns of behavior, regulate their emotions, and create meaningful change in their lives and relationships.

What you can expect from me

Julie will welcome you to “come as you are” without judgment. Julie is warm and inviting, and her inquisitive nature allows clients to open up on their own terms to the therapeutic process.
