Great to meet you!

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read my bio. I am a LPC with a master's degree in marriage and family therapy. Additionally, I am a certified EMDR therapist who uses an integrative, empathic counseling approach to help people move past their past and to develop a more fulfilling present.

My approach to therapy

Empathy and connection are foundational to my approach, and I journey with my clients toward healing and change. In the first few sessions, I will get to know you and we’ll collaborate to determine your therapeutic goals. In our remaining sessions, I will utilize proven counseling strategies and techniques to help you achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

My passion is to help clients find breakthrough in areas they never thought possible. If you’re ready to change your mindset and start making progress towards healing, I will be there every step of the way to encourage, guide, and empower you along the journey.
