I believe in empowering my clients to recognize the strengths in themselves to deal with life's challenges. For 20 years, I have provided therapy to children, adolescents and families in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, parenting and divorce.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with my clients to identify their treatment goals and believe in the importance of establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship to affect change. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches based on the individual needs and goals of the client.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is for my client's to feel welcome, supported and safe during their therapy sessions. Often my 9 year old therapy dog, Olive, accompanies me in the office and is supportive resource as well.
