My approach is to listen and draw out parts of yourself that need exploration and understanding. I focus on identifying and understanding patterns in your life and finding ways to change those patterns that no longer work for you.
Our therapy journey begins with hearing your story and collaboratively shaping our direction for therapy. This involves developing safety to be able share openly.
