Great to meet you!

I am an LMFT with a graduate degree from Evangelical Seminary. I have been counseling for over 14 years in a wide variety of settings from private practice, hospital settings, clinic work and family systems interventions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I love to work with a wide variety of clients with many different problem areas that we can explore together. I am very client centered and my approach is what works best for each individual. I do often have a humorous approach to life and will bring humor into the therapy process when/if appropriate.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to help my clients be able to graduate therapy and know/understand how to use the skills we practice together. One of my objectives is to empower my clients to advocate for themselves and learn how to navigate challenging circumstances with the skills needed for success!
