I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-S) with 30+ years of experience. I provide tools, ideas, perspective and encouragement toward your desired goals. I work with individuals and couples on issues such as life transitions, anxiety, relationships, depression, marriage intimacy and many more areas.
My approach is to focus on what you want out of life and help you find the steps to get there. I focus on how others and things in life impact you and help you to decide how you want to respond and what choices you would like to make in life.
In the first session, we are taking the time to get to know each other and plan out the goals you have for your counseling experience. We also go over a few minutes of policies and questions pertaining to how and why you came to counseling. The follow up sessions will be when we really get into the work and process.
