Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) | Online Therapy for Women in New York & Florida | Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Burnout & Life Transitions

Hello, my name is Juliet. It is nice to meet you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing online therapy for women and teens in New York and Florida. With over 20 years of experience, I work with those coping with anxiety, depression, caregiver overwhelm, stress, burnout, overthinking, and life transitions. I also work with clients who feel overwhelmed by responsibilities, or are navigating career stress, and with teens facing school stress, emotional overwhelm, and self-esteem challenges.

I provide virtual therapy to clients across New York State, such as Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Albany, and New York City, etc. as well as throughout Florida such as Miami, Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville, etc. Through secure, confidential telehealth counseling, you can access professional mental health support from the comfort and privacy of your home.

LCSW Supervision in Florida

I also provide supervision in Florida for social workers working toward licensure. My supervision style is supportive, structured, and focused on building clinical confidence and professional growth.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a Psychodynamic approach to help you:

• Reduce anxiety, panic, and overthinking

• Manage stress and emotional overwhelm

• Build effective, healthy coping skills

• Improve confidence, clarity, and emotional balance

My approach is supportive, practical, and focused on helping you feel better both in the moment and long-term.

You Don’t Have to Be in Crisis to Start Therapy. Therapy is not only for difficult moments, it is also for personal growth, emotional clarity, and learning how to better manage everyday stress, anxiety, and life challenges.
