Juliet Nelson, APRN is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She takes an integrative, holistic approach to the treatment of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other mental health conditions. Her goal is to help you achieve the highest degree of mental wellness using various therapeutic modalities.
My approach to care utilizes a holistic integrative model and will incorporate the use of medication therapy, psychotherapy, and lifestyle psychiatry to treat and manage mental health conditions.
General considerations include the use of medications, supplements, medical food, genetic testing and other screening assessments to obtain accurate information to design effective treatment plans.
Patients will gain new insight into current challenges, given new tools to work with and learn new coping skills to help manage and/or overcome these identified challenges.
