Great to meet you!

I have been a licensed therapist since 2000. As a therapist, I enjoy working with all ages, 2 and up. Once I meet you, your child, your family, we will decide what and how we will support you on your therapeutic journey. This is a unique process, different from other services and relationships. Choosing therapy is a brave choice-whether for yourself individually or for your family/child-one that I highly respect. I absolutely believe in unconditional positive regard-Rogerian theory-and use this to create a safe place to explore and challenge unhealthy thoughts/habits/behaviors that are creating a block to reaching your full potential as a family/human.

My approach to therapy

Whether we decide on trauma work, play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychotherapy (traditional talk therapy), gestalt or some other form of therapy or a combination of any and all of those, we will work together to meet the goals you have for your growth and change. I will partner with you the entire way.

What you can expect from me

I believe that everyone is doing the best they can at any given moment. A part of my work to support you, your child, your family, is to look for the positives I see and point them out-we often see the negative things so much more easily. We will build on strengths to support you/your family/your child becoming the best version of yourselves.
