Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Julieta a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. I’ve been working in the mental health field since 2016 and bring both clinical experience and real-life perspective into my work. I create a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. My approach blends cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior skills, and person-centered care to help clients build emotional resilience and healthier relationships. I specialize in working with anxiety, stress, life transitions, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and skills-based. I meet clients where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs. I use evidence-based strategies to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, regulate emotions, and improve communication. I also value deeper exploration of personal values, identity, and meaning when appropriate.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your goals, current stressors, and what you hope to change or improve. Together, we’ll begin identifying practical next steps and set initial goals for our work. My priority is creating a calm, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to be open.
