Therapy can create a safe and supportive environment to rebuild resiliency and a sense of balance following a crisis. For many of my patients, the decision to start a family is met with unexpected hurtles such as infertility, pregnancy loss, and/or perinatal disorders (which includes the period from pregnancy through the first year postpartum). I help women navigate the isolation, loneliness and breakdown in relationships that are common to these experiences.

My approach to psychotherapy is collaborative and draws on a number of clinical theories. In addition to my work with women during the family building period, I also work with individuals presenting with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, career-related stress, body and eating concerns, and relationship issues.
