Great to meet you!

I have experience working with diverse populations across a variety of settings, which has shaped my ability to meet clients with openness, compassion, and an understanding that everyone’s experiences are unique. I welcome clients who are seeking greater personal insight, navigating life’s twists and turns, or simply feeling ready for something in their life to change.

I primarily work with individuals experiencing anxiety, relationship struggles, self-esteem challenges, unprocessed trauma, and a desire for personal growth and change. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can better understand yourself, explore the experiences and patterns that may be holding you back, and build greater confidence in moving forward.

My approach to therapy

I create a warm, non judgmental therapy space to support you in recentering yourself to feel empowered in your healing and next steps. I actively listen to understand your values and goals, your goals, become my goals, for you. My style is conversational, and while true growth and change takes time, I attempt to provide clients with useful feedback in each session, to make the most of your time and provide tools and ideas to draw from between our sessions.

What you can expect from me

From our first session, you can expect openness, curiosity, and warmth from me as we begin getting to know one another and building a foundation for our work together. I want to understand not only what brings you to therapy, but also who you are, what matters to you, and what you hope to gain from the process.

I view the opportunity to be part of your therapeutic journey as an immense privilege, and I take the responsibility of supporting you ethically and thoughtfully very seriously. My goal is to create a space where you feel respected, comfortable, and genuinely heard. Together, we will move at a pace that feels right for you while developing a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, collaboration, and mutual respect.
