Great to meet you!

I’m Julie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who offers a warm, welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I work with individuals across the lifespan, from childhood through adulthood, navigating ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, and life stressors.

My approach to therapy

My style is supportive, attentive, and gently direct when needed to help you make meaningful progress. I help you notice how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected, focus on solutions, and shift unhelpful patterns using practical skills. I also offer Christian counseling for clients who want to integrate their faith into their healing and growth. My goal is for you to feel understood, build confidence and emotional control, and develop the skills to continue growing even outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you’ll find a safe and collaborative space where you don’t have to face things alone. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to share your story at your own pace. I encourage emotional awareness and a brief check-in at the start of each session to guide our work together. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and practical next steps so therapy feels focused and tailored to your needs.
