Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to do next, you’re not alone. Reaching out for support can be the first step toward real change. I help with addiction, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and other difficult seasons, and I offer a safe, comfortable space where you can feel heard, respected, and never judged. My approach is authentic, flexible, and focused on helping you build on your strengths in the present moment.

My approach to therapy

I’m a licensed clinical social worker and certified addiction professional with over 30 years of experience supporting teens, adults, and families. My background includes substance use treatment, school-based work with children and families, and faith-based counseling when desired. I use an evidence-based, collaborative approach, and I currently focus on supporting men through a wide range of men’s issues while welcoming clients from all walks of life.

What you can expect from me

My approach is to meet you where you are, ask thoughtful questions, and work with you toward meaningful goals. If faith or spirituality is important to you, I can thoughtfully include that in our work; if you prefer a secular approach, I fully support that too. My hope is that you feel heard, supported, and encouraged as you move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
