Great to meet you!

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, having difficulty focusing, or not like yourself, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it on your own.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care. I have extensive experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and stress related to relationships, family dynamics, cultural challenges, and life transitions.

I frequently work with high-functioning individuals who are managing stress, balancing multiple responsibilities, or struggling to stay focused and organized.

I have extensive experience working with diverse populations and understand that each person’s journey is unique. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being open.

My approach is holistic, solution-oriented, and empowering. I focus on treating the whole person—not just symptoms—by combining evidence-based medication management with practical strategies to help you feel more in control, improve focus, and function better in your daily life.

If medication is part of your treatment, we will discuss options carefully and make decisions together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My goal is to help you not just feel better, but build lasting improvements in your daily life.

Whether you’re starting care for the first time or returning to it, my goal is to make the process approachable, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, holistic, and tailored to your individual needs. I thoughtfully combine evidence-based medication management with practical, solution-focused strategies to help you feel better and function at your best.

I consider the whole person—including lifestyle, stressors, and cultural background—and work with you to create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals. My goal is to help you feel more in control, gain clarity, and build tools that support long-term well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take time to understand what brought you in and discuss your current concerns, symptoms, and history. I’ll also ask about your goals so we can begin creating a personalized treatment plan together.

This is a supportive and judgment-free space where you can ask questions and share at your own pace—there is no pressure. By the end of the session, you can expect to feel heard, have a clearer understanding of your options, and leave with a plan moving forward. Many clients find that even after the first session, they feel a sense of relief, clarity, and reassurance about their next steps.
