Great to meet you!

One of my priorities is to be open-minded. Everyone struggles with a combination of problems that are specific to them. In the same essence, every person's needs are unique and deserve specialized treatment that is best suited to them. My main areas of experience are with ADHD, Anxiety and Depression; however, I have experience in many different areas. I am committed to your journey and will help you reach your goals!

My approach to therapy

I understand that people struggle with a wide range of issues, but that does not make any of them less important than others. I believe everyone is entitled to a comfortable space, free of judgment. I work with my clients to help them find the strength they need as they work towards their goals.

What you can expect from me

The first step can be tough. I work on making sure my clients feel comfortable, heard and safe. I like to ask a wide range of questions, mostly to get to know you and to see if I notice some things in other areas that could be of importance. At the end of the first session, I always make sure that my clients and I have established goals, giving us set direction to work towards.
