Great to meet you!

I’m a psychologist trained to help a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues, self-esteem, confidence, work-life balance, and life transitions. I specialize in working with young adults/early career professionals. I am particularly skilled in working on relationship issues (family/friend/romantic) and integration of cultural/identity into my therapy work.

My approach to therapy

Therapy starts with a period of exploration of issues with the goal of gaining insight and having a deep understanding of the problem. From there, we will develop a plan to make changes (that may be behavioral or may be challenging your perspective). We will practice new skills in therapy and learn to apply them to other situations. Therapy will be incredibly supportive while helping you grow.

What you can expect from me

My ultimate goal is to support you. I aim to do this by being honest, caring, empathic and real with you. I aim to work towards your goals and help you grow into the best version of yourself. Therapy is a vulnerable space so I work to go at your pace; encouraging you gain awareness and take risk but only when you are ready for it.
