Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over eight years of experience providing therapy in both English and Spanish. I work with adults and adolescents, specializing in trauma, stress, and depression.

I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs, helping you build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.

Whether you’re navigating a difficult time or working through past experiences, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.

I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT and trauma-informed care, to help you build coping skills, gain insight, and move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any questions you may have.

There’s no pressure to share everything at once, we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you. I also offer sessions in English and Spanish to help you express yourself more comfortably
