I've provided therapy since 2019. I treat ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, sleep issues, stress, trauma, PTSD, women’s issues, mood disorders, and more. I am a cultural, trauma, EMDR, and CBT therapist.

My approach to therapy

I offer a space to facilitate healing by allowing the person to tap into their inner strengths and resources. Through a person-centered approach, I believe in meeting the individual where they are and allowing the person to take the lead/ navigate and provide guidance when appropriate.
